The recipe works really well at about 50% mix with standard organic wholemeal flour and gives a slightly lighter loaf, again with no-knead. Khorasan flour also gives delicious results. These loaves keep a day or so longer than pure wheat loaves in my experience. (Posted on 29/10/2017)

This is a tasty flour with a recipe on the back for a bread where you simply mix the flour with quick yeast and water and leave it to rise overnight, then tip it into a tin and bake it, without any kneading. This creates a fairly dense tasty wholemeal loaf, particularly nice with seeds mixed in.
It can also be used in standard bread recipes. (Posted on 03/09/2017)
